Travi Hub Privacy Policy

Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure

Information received by the Chrome extension is used only to provide and maintain its single purpose: giving signed-in Travi Hub users convenient access to their Hub groups, alliance tools, and Hub chat in Chrome's side panel. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness. We do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the requested Travi Hub features, comply with law, or protect the service and its users. Our use and transfer of information received from Chrome APIs follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Information the extension accesses

When you choose Connect, the extension looks for an open, signed-in Travi Hub tab on travi-hub.com or Travi Hub's Railway-hosted main server. It uses that Hub page and your existing Hub sign-in to load the groups and tools you request. Depending on the feature, Travi Hub processes your account and player identifiers, display name, selected group and game world, alliance data, and information you or your group submit to Hub tools.

The extension does not read Travian pages or collect your browsing history. It does not ask for or store your Hub password or session cookie. The Hub page handles its own signed-in requests to the Hub service.

The extension stores its selected Hub server and group, favourites, and chat read positions in Chrome local extension storage so it can remember your preferences. These settings remain in your Chrome profile until you clear extension data or remove the extension. The extension writes to the clipboard only when you choose a Copy action.

Hub chat, private messages, and images

If you use Hub chat, Travi Hub processes the message text, sender account identifier and display name, group or conversation identifier, and message time so the intended group members or private-message participants can receive and read it. If you send an image or other attachment in a chat that supports it, the image or attachment is processed to deliver and display that message. Do not send information you do not want those recipients to see.

If a group administrator connects a group to Discord, messages in configured channels may be synchronized between Hub and those Discord channels. Discord receives the message content and the information needed to post it. Discord independently handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy. Hub chat content is not sent to Discord for a group unless that integration is configured.

Translation is an optional chat feature. When you request a translation, the selected message text and language choice are sent to the translation service configured by Travi Hub to return the translation. Translation is not required to use chat.

Other information and purposes

Travi Hub may process information you submit to alliance tools, such as game reports, coordinates, assignments, and group settings, as well as basic technical request and security information. We use information to provide the feature you requested, keep your account and group working, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Travi Hub does not sell personal information. The service is hosted on Railway, which processes information on our behalf to operate the website and its APIs. Where you or a group enables an integration, information needed for that feature may be sent to the relevant provider, such as Discord or Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Each provider handles information under its own privacy terms. We do not share information with these integrations unless the relevant feature is used or configured.

Retention and deletion

Chrome preferences remain in your browser until you clear them or remove the extension. Information stored by Travi Hub is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Chat history is limited by the service's message-retention controls. You may request access to or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements. Removing the extension does not delete information already stored by Travi Hub or by an integration provider.
